I got one, it may be a bit stale by now, but I doubt it.

They paid £15 monthly reliably for 3yrs. I dropped them a few months back. Takes 10mins easy work, and also have a good tap.

On your doorstep, what is it worth.
if it is dirty it is fair game

Hi Gold, what are your postcodes, I have to be so careful not to cross over with customers.

Best contact me, via the site.  The reason I asked the gentleman about his codes is sometimes I might have a couple of hours to canvass an area that isnt covered, so try and generate some leads.

Read first post

It is worth what we manage to procure and retain

It is a trust thing, I paid one member on here £500 for one lead which worked out very well.

I only paid this after, we had started work and had retained the client for 3 months, worked out well for both parties.

Until I put myself in front of the client, it was just an uncertain lead.

by the way it isn't some one elses work, it isn't being cleaned at the moment but it should be

that sounds fair to me, just wondered what the % would be

and this is not some elses work

Thats the way it goes David though, any lead I generate its then upto the guy Im working for to go and close.  Its very rarely a price issue either.  Its to do with service normally.  It is a numbers and luck game
