I always found it nice when customers were straight up. Too many have to keep up appearances and find an excuse. I would of gladly taken back a customer that was upfront and honest too

Motor trade is knackered at the moment.
I had the same last night out collecting-nice customers who asked for a card to ring when they get back on their feet again.

as they said money is tight you were right to reply.  if they give no reason i never reply to a text cancelling  and
.
if they get in touch at a later date i speak to  them roughly and jack up the price ,then higher still if they still want me

lost one as well at the begining of week.... they asked if they could call me now and then for a one off clean?
I said that would be ok, but I would charge a bit more  ...job £23 si I said it would be £33 as a one off.
I then offered every 3 months at the original £23 , and they agreed!
it's a nice easy job that only takes 20 mins , so I am happy with that. hate to lose anyone... I have l;ots of surrounding work also

I had one before Christmas wrote a letter and called me to say her husband has lost his job and had to cancel.. fair play they where straight up its always appreciated.. id take them back like a shot she was always very prompt in payment cheque on the mat next day after cleaning even with second class post.

Its the other people who annoy me cleaning 1 last week fella comes out say alright mate want a drink? no ta i say (only takes 15mins and i was nearly finished) pack away nock on door no answer nock another two times no answer.. all for 8 quid. put a note trough check arrived two weeks later when i say pay within 8 days.. yes all for 8 quid... just come out and say he hasn't got the money or call back for the cheque would of done not ignore me.
