nvq in window cleaning

has many of you guys got a nvq in window cleaning,  i was brickie with a city and guilds before i took up this job , and i recently booked a college course to get an nvq in cleaning windows. where it took 3 years doing bricklaying i can have a nvq in 4 days spread over 4 months in window cleaning . happy days and its free just hope its worth it .

I did it, good from a health and safety aspect and it may help you appear more professional on paper.

cant be a bad thing having a certificate can it?

if i had a load of quotes in front of me it would look better having some proof of training than the next guy with just a quote on it

done the qcf level 2, 3 day course over three months, only down the road from me! well worth it
like you say its free to you, it all helps, and the bacon rolls were good as well  ;D
now got a bit of a bug for training now

Me and my team have all been-well worth the effort
Makes you think about health and safety issues if your going after commercial work and will also help when putting your quotes in
At the end of the day,training can only be a good thing even if you have been doing wondows since year dot-your never too old to learn! :D

Well worth doing. Had a great time in course, and they continue to help you even after. Will even take time to share their knowledge outside of syllabus.  Offer plenty other courses too with no pressure to accept. Would recommend to anyone.

Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

Funded if I remember, if you have 5 gcse or less, or no equivalent qualification.

Yes Doc, that's true.

What InsideOut said was correct.

If people have anything OVER the required we can sometimes get the course 50% funded though!
