all the best , from what ive read you have had it tough , sounds like you are better to rebuild starting from going back to cleaning the windows yourself and choose more wisely when getting staff . i know its a bit of a ball ache cleaning and boring but its your best way forward at this time imo. think of your family . you can do it

Lucky you Sacking someone is not the best feeling in the world to go through, so now you don't have to and from what you have written at times I feel that you really were not looking forward to having to do it if and when the time came
