decided i am gonna expand . im bored of the easy life  .at the moment i have a mix of domestic 70% and commercial 40%  9 houses and 1 paper shop   here is my 10 point plan for the year .                                                                                                                                                                          1   get a new van on the road every 3 months . this will give me 2 vans by the end of the year                                   2  fit each van with a hot system . i think this is essential for the 2 days a year when it is needed                              3  get a good set of winter tyres for each van . just in case any jobs come up in iceland .the hot kit will come in handy up there   as well                                                                                                                                                                                 4 get each van an electric reel . this will save 29 seconds a day . giving an extra 45 working days a year .                                                                                                                                                                              5 rent an office and unit . somewhere for us all to go when its raining                                                                                                                                                                            6  set on some canvassers .i think the way forward is to have 1 house on each street . spread over 27 towns . this plan is already up and running . they have already got me a fascia clean booked for august and a mabe on a conny roof .                                                                                                                                                                               7  get the wife out working with me . she actually thought of this one . i cant believe i never thought of this before . so i also suggested bringing her mother as well                                                                                                                                                                                8  try and put 20 minutes a day to one side .so i can catch up on rastamouse  . got loads on the sky plus to watch .....                                                                                                                                                                       my accountant has looked through it and reckons i should give it 25 years . if it should fail he reckons i could bring a book out titled "how not to run a window cleaning business" good be a best seller .                                                                                                                                                                            nearly forgot does anyone know where i can get some cheap resin .    any advice greatly appreciated . cheers bazza

hi dale . on a serious note .my guy is having is op today . so i am gonna give him a month to see how he is before i sell owt . but it dont look good foe him . its a 14 hour op and he is 60 . he dosent think he will be back iether . but you are top of my list . cheers bazza

Barry some small thing you ave over looked  1 YOU WILL NEED TO EMPLOY MORE FAMILY PREFERABLE FRO THE IN-LAWS SIDE. 2 If things don't work out you can sell it for 10 x what it cost you  TO A FOOL  before they lock you away,MATE.
