host brushes
« on: January 23, 2012, 06:20:15 pm »
one of the brushes on my host sheared in half last week whilst i was using it, got in touch with host not expecting a replacement set but to my surprise the lady said they were aware of a problem with a faulty batch and after getting the serial no from me she agreed to send out a replacement set straight away which i got the next day so well done to them for sorting out the problem straight away.

serial no was j10 its written on the end of the brushes.
