I would go at £270
They do get dirty there as next to the railway line with parking only at the back.....yes I know the property ;D
Some of the buildings there have aluminium frames so could be possible problems with wfp

Work out how long it will take... Then £40 - £60 an hour, depending on how badly you want the job.

Prices all depend on location. Prices flutuate around the country higher in the south and lower up north.

Up north I'd charge  roughly £150

it looks like this is all easy reach with an 18ft pole - 300 panes, probably around 3.5hrs for one man buy could be less if the windows stay clean (got a similar job, slightly bigger and there are trees around it - they get dirty very quickly, it takes 4.5hrs for one man)

so I'd say £175 to £200 - like others have said, its an easy looking job.
I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!

I got a job like this in Chelmsford the other day, they were paying 250£, and thought it was to much. I went in at 175 and got it, took 2 of us just under 2 hours, that's good money by anyone's standards

Price it at that rate and it won't be a job at all.

Matt, was this on the back of an e-mail from 'best of Basingstoke' or something like that?
I got one tonight for the same building only for carpet cleaning ;)
I suspect it might just be a way of getting businesses to reply with a view to subscribbing to their website.
