ive got a few that have monthly cleans but in the 4 or 5 years they have had the outsides done they have never cleaned inside. ??? good payers most of them too. when you turn up to clean and there is black mould on the frames and glass INSIDE then i used to wait for a cancelation. still going strong though. :-\

Don't worry about it; just clean them.

I was wondering that only this week too- I do a few where the insides are mouldy and as said above I keep thinking they will cancel next time coz they obviously don't care about clean windows- but no- still going strong.   Another of my jobs the insides of the windows are caked in a yellow/orange nicotene gunk from the amount she smokes- the net curtains are also stained the same colour- go figure.

I also have a few custies where all the double glazing seals have gone completely and misted up so that they still can't see out of the windows even when cleaned- I really can't see the point myself but if they want to keep paying me then who am I to question it?  ;D ;D

I think this is where wfp comes in - cuz they obviously like having clean frames.
It's a game of three halves!

I dropped a one of my customers when they had blown windows.
I just couldn't see the point and got zero satisfaction from it.
But each to their own 8)
