In terms of actual effect this has on the country, it is extremely minimal.  The benefits system is really tiny compared to other things that affect the nation as a whole where there are far larger problems.  Also, it really is only a very small number of immigrants that are committing benefit fraud.
We are a globalised nation and would be far poorer were it not for immigration, and we rely on other countries and their populations to maintain the standard of living we currently enjoy through import and export.
On top of that, there are very few people in the U.K that could trace their lineage back and not find any immigrants.  Most of us or our families were immigrants from somewhere, be it Pakistan, Norway, Germany or America.
Please note, I am not condoning benefit fraud, merely saying it is an issue that is often inflated (as in this case) to a ridiculous degree in comparison to how much it actually happens.

I would class 5,000 people that should not be here taking money we have to pay in taxes, 5000 to many to be honest and maybe it is a drop in the ocean but still we have to pay for that.

The countries I listed are just examples.  Maybe those of us with Viking decendents didnt abuse the welfare system, they just raped and pillaged instead.  And to say Australia has no immigrants is beyond laughable.
I'm not too sure why you say immigrants get more rights than UK residents do.  Most immigrants dont want to live here, they are usually escaping something from there own country, whetger it be civil war, lack of human right and no winimum wage etc.  The number of immigrants who come here specifically to claim dole would (in my opinion) be minute.  No one who has any self respect would want to do that.

I have nothing against someone from abroad, coming here and working, legally, or starting a business, and doing it all legit. Im from Australia originally, and i know for a fact, that there arent anywhere near the ammount of these indians/poles over there claiming benefits, or saying ''oh, im a student'' then overstaying their visas by 10 years.

If you overstay in Australia, you get deported, if you overstay here, you get a caution, a summons to court at a later date then they release you, so you can vanish into your local community to live a sweet life in britain for another 10 years.. its a joke..
