CRB machine
« on: January 19, 2012, 05:02:32 pm »
After reading everyones advice on aggitation machines I have decided to buy a crb machine. The only makes I know are truvox and rotawash. I have about a grand to spend. What would I get for that? Is there any particular make/model that I should be going for. I have 28 communal areas of flats to clean and some are pure filth. Hoping this crb machine will make it easier for the TM lol.
Thanks
Luc

If you can find one get a Multiwash 340 Pump.

This will prespray and work it in at the same time.

Standard (black) and soft (grey) brushes are what you need. Not the hard (blue) ones.

Adam, I just sold my multiwash 440 (bigger version) with solution tank and skirting brush for £450. Although I do think that was slightly less than it is actually worth.

Adam, I've still got a rotowash coming next week. Very good condition, selling for £600. The multiwash is based on the rotowash.

Adam, as long as you don't mind covering the charges, you can pay it by paypal, and use your card to fund it.

I'm waiting for confirmation, but I believe its an R4. Its had a major overhaul and includes mostly new parts, I do know that much.

I've got the Flexi 5 and as Peter says, they are the daddy, well worth the money especially as it will dry vac and wet agitate. Brill.

Think I might get one, you have a lot of processes in one unit.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

The other advantage of the Flexi 5 is that it is purpose built for the job unlike the Envirodri where you breach the warranty if you use it for wet agitation.
I believe there is a new, even better model coming out soon.
