Can you give me some ideas on pricing for this service.

we use it ,it works well but there is no set price per lin meter.......up to you on charge rate...your time is mainly in the cleaning and replacing missing grout....i hope this helps

We charge £300 for a standard sized bathroom that's around 22M2.  But it is as Terrazzo Man says there is no set price it just depends on the type and size of tile/stone really, how dirty it is and level of difficulty of access.

Our main service is colour sealing - here with a range of prices for recent work which will give you some ideas - i agree with the other guys that there is  no secret formula but these will be a guide.

Other factors which will determine the price are high grout lines which can slow the application down/size of tiles and number of units if say you were cleaning/colour sealing multiple bathrooms.

a/165 sq. m of floor tile and grout - £11.50 per m to clean and colour seal (4 guys comfortable day)
b/120 hotel bathrooms - 3 walls around wet area(bath and shower) £75 per bathroom - team of 4 do 20 a day comfortably
c/heavily soiled factory showers/changing room - clean and colour seal -£30 per m - really tough clean before colour seal

Commercially depending on areas involved  we try and get £15 per square m for floors.
