going to get a gardiners slx pole whats the best brush to go with it, was thinking about the sill brush, what do you think?

i use the soft black sill brush regular, its a very good brush

Is that the full trim or double trim?
I have the medium double trim  , great brush , but bumps a little on leaded,
Is the soft any better? And how's it stand up to regular use.

i use medium sill brush too , imho great brush.

on leaded i find is easier to diagnol (sp) , you can then get the feel of which way to brush by how its leaded if that makes sense.

Been using the soft black dt sill for about 2 months with no wear issues as yet. I find a vikan flocked is the best brush for leaded windows, don't trust anything else to do a good job.

im thinking of getting a sill brush and was wondering what one would work best with hot water? i have a housing estate that is all leaded windows but with real deep window sill's and thats where i need it for.

I use a medium dual sill with hot water and it's great, great control for leaded and sash windows also cleans the sills up a treat.

If you look on the brush section on the Gardiners website there should be a specification section to tell you what theycan be used for, also if your not sure watch the you tu e video that Alex has done it's very helpful.

I would definitely say go for the fan jets as they work well with this brush...

got my radius medium bristle dual trim sill brush with pencil jets today.fitted scraper to it and screwed it on my pole.ill let you know how i get on with it tomorrow!

Im not sure about fans when i first started WFP it was fans i used but when i got an xtreme it had pencil jets now it feels strange when i use my old fan jet brush,

For me fan's give a more pressured wash, cover a larger area and use far less water.

They are funny to get used to but the benefits are worth it, i would say that you do have to be careful within gardiners ceramic ones as they can break when hit agains't door handles or inside the channels of sash window frames.

Other than that great up grade and shaves a tiny bit more weight as they are diddy compared to the Vikan style metal ones.

By far one of the best brushes available, mines about two to three months old and is showing no wear...
