I self print on a single colour laser printer and guillotine them.  Only 2 per A4 sheet (double sided) because I found that some customers were losing them in the junk mail (so they said, anyway).
I don't know about the cost of doing it that way but I prefer to do it myself for flexibility - so I can alter something at short notice.

what was the tweek? its deff worth doing the invoice/slip testing

I will be going back down the printed route again when I have finished spilt testing the invoices.
I made a tweak the other day that generated a few more online payments when I have it the way I want  then will have them printed a couple of thousand at a time.
I just changed pay online to PAY ONLINE, it's all in the testing, I have been learning loads of new things to add into this business that are used in marketing, sadly I get excited about it lol

me to, I got so excited when i received my leaflets
i tend not to put PAY ONLINE as some folk here still think evil internet bank an so forth   ::)
