not trying to be funny mate. why dont you work in the rain? if you only work in dry weather then you restrict yourself to about 12 working days a month. i used to think my customers would moan but i found tat less than 1 in 100 bothered to mention weather while i was working and some even remarked how it must be horrible working in rain and offered more cups of tea lol.

 ;D

as said dude, work in the rain it's the way forward, a load of us do it now started this many years ago, and happy (is a little better of mindset issue for most but overcome able :)

I have had a cold last 2 weeks and speak right, but worked everyday it rained. Don't make excuses as they dont wash  ;D (no pun intended)

i never want work in rain but you will end up skint, theres always something to stop you working in the winter last week wind/rain could of had the week off easily but worked everyday even if it was 3 hours,

another thing when the rain does finally stop most likely the icy weather will return, the custards will eventually realise you work in the rain its a nightmare for me being trad,i dont work if its heavy rain all day tho
