Me and my younger brother will be working together, he was strugglerling for work as he is deaf so even harder than most to find a job. So I'm hoping to build my round up further so we can work together. :-) Small family business.

I have my father in law working for me. Cracking worker and very very trustworthy. He's also a hit with the older ladies haha. Used to have my brother working for me years ago as well and he was great

Should say my partner works in office ocassionaly works on ext work when needed - beat any other worker / superb!    But with other relatives all is fine ...... until something goes wrong!
