have a few that pay me this way, six months ahead, but what i do is i put the amount paid ahead into my BMM account which locks it away from other stuff in a way, so it does not feel like i am doing the next cleans for nowt and then i release the funds when due

best way carl,

it was a decent sized house but with the 4 fronts it came in at £90 ive got about £65 to work off i guess giving someone £65 aint that much to risk for clean windows frames all year round

she did say that to me what if you do a runner i told her the balls in your court you will have to trust me if you don't then you shouldn't hire me.
also the price of the one off she was facing better she paid for 6.

and now she can enjoy clean windows all year round without messing its great
im sure that gate will be open when the whole house is due dont you :)

I've a doctor's house; £20 a go; and he always pays six months in advance, and when that runs out, he normally then goes into debt for two cleans and then sends me a cheque with the two cleans I'm owed, plus for the next six months.

I kinda know this guy socially, he's from Wor Lass's running club, so maybe that's why he trusts us?

We've probably got 40+ who pay us at the beginning of the year for the whole year.  On one estate (mainly holiday houses) we have 12 who do it this way, all £12 a go.
