Been thinking about it for oh two years, its just that trad is so damn simple,no messing about with poles and hoses and the cost involved would like to get a system though. Just in a comfort zone

I'm WFP and hose and poles no bother at all just pull up in van reel out pole out and your away takes under 30 seconds ... How many ladder moves and ladder opening and closing do u do per house ? plus work in rain with WFP so no loss of earnings ... Won't mention safety angle as too obvious

Van mount for under £2000 with a static water factory will pay for itself very quickly

recently changed to w.f.p.s. should have done it years ago..... once the initial getting to know the system time has elapsed its a doddle. think of all those inaccessable windows your customers have, hence more work without even trying.

im always interested in trad converting there round to wfp as i will have to do it one day,how long you been wfp?how many custys you got trev and how many you lost?

dont look at trad as a comford zone look at it as risking your life when you dont need to.

haven't found one cleaner that changed back to trad after wfp..... that says it All! slightly more over heads, a lot more earning potential, hugely.safer.
iit really is no brainer mate. go with someone for a day, you will very quickly jump on the band wagon

my bill, over 12 month period was 30 per month. this was for 2 man working 2.5 days per week. with welsh water. so not as bad as thought.

regarding water i think its 0.01pence per litre that may vary with the company who supplies you

That's not bad! How many litres a day approx? Are you on a meter?

i used about 800 pure a week.  with waste just over half, so guess about 1850 total.  i was amazed, had budgeted 60 a month, and by 6 months had a nice wad built up in credit.  when working out my tax thats all it came to, i was pretty stunned to be fair. unless the meter was faulty!

Am going to build up my round first for a few months then get a backpack for hard to reach windows, conservatory roofs etc... I really enjoy cleaning windows the traditional way so don't really want to change fully over to WFP. I was  going to get pure water from somebody local but I may aswell purify it myself; I could collect rainwater in a butt to purify if im not going to be using much pure water, correct? Anyone use this method? Anyone got any pics they could kindly upload showing the filteration unit and showing how that rainwater is fed to the Di  / Ro system

I was unsure and have been thinking about it for awhile, but have just bought a trolley and pole, and I'm going to buy the water up the rd. what finally swayed me is that I just canvassed loads of new work on an estate but a lot of the window are hard/dangerous/inaccessible with ladders. And all new estates have three story houses theses days. It's got to be the way forward...

jackel......dont know how many custys weve got, getting on for 1000 i think,, always busy, not lost any work over wfp. they seem fascinated by it.....thats good innit is what i get.. drying time slow in winter,,,three hours plus....i bit of public relations needed as you go along to reassure people
