Hi,  anyone know how to move custies about when you go into jobs on george?

I know if you go into systems i think you can drag and drop custies changing order but i find this very difficult.

Just want to re organize everyone so it's as profitable and fuel economical (ok but not perfect)

thanks lee :)

its a ball ache but you do this --

either

go to systems
then round order
select round
then drag each address to the order you want

or

go to jobs
diary veiw
right click on day
add whole day to list
click round order
then drag and drop the customers in the order you want
tick set job order
then
ok

job done

Thanks DMC Window Cleaners,

I knew about the first way which is a pain to put customers in order, but didn't know about the second way...much easier and quicker....Thanks for that info.

All the best,

Steve G

The right mouse button is very handy for mass moving or deleting or shifting things about

thanks guys

Thanks for that DMC will try.

Bob, your kidding aren't you this way in systems takes for ever, you lose sight of where the custies are as i find very confusing as custies appear in differnet order in systems as they do in jobs.

Maybe it's me.

Can't see why you can't just drag and drop in jobs would be easier!

lee i have just clicked open George, click system, selected round order, click round 2, dragged a job down to a  different location...done  and it appears on the round in the new order..so if yours is not doing this<ie appearing in the right order> some things wrong on your system,it took me 4 clicks to do the job
cheers bob
