Slightly different problem but with yell.com I pai for adveriting online and it has been really bad. They called for me to renew and I said no. The rep turned around and was really rude, she said my business would fail because I never awnser my phone thi is the reason I dont get calls???
my wife is at home when I am out and I know it gets awnsered 90% of the time!
bloody cheek.
Yellow pages is bad for me as well to much competition, leaflets and networking is the way forward for me.

Hi getting the same call from them, told them to go away as well, bit like 118 trades.com had loads of prblems with them, stay well clear from the too.
