I'd just like to thank you all for the help I've had over this past year, it was December 2010 when I made the transition from trad. to WFP and gained much valued and wise advice from either a problem with my system questions or just reading other threads.
 What has also been good is knowing I'm not alone in thinking or feeling in a certain way toward a customer or maybe some business practice, there's something quite reassuring in it!
