Servicemaster franchisees are not allowed to sell these products , other than the spot cleaning kits, outside of the franchise network.

No doubt it's the same for most other franchise networks.

What exactly is this product and what does it do. I know Servicemaster used to use a lot of Chemspec products. If we new what it was for I'm sure the people on here could identify a suitable alternative.

Hi everyone,

John thanks for the link, but it is not what I am looking for.

I am aware also about Service Masters rules and regs, but hey, some one out there may break it  ;D

The product I am looking for is a chemical called 'Wall Glide' This is brilliant stuff and comes in a 10 gallon container I think.

It is used mainly in restoration work (fires) and will remove any kind of soilage of walls and paint work, without damaging the wall covering (if used correctly).

The reason I require this, is for some smoking rooms, this stuff cleans the nicotine of the walls etc in seconds.

Many Thanks

Andrew

Andrew having been involved in the fire & flood industry for over ten years I am aware that servicemaster have never had the best products.
I would probably expect the wall glide stuff to be a rebadged off the shelf, probably Chemspec wall cleaner. Was it a green liquid?

Wallglide is red and I am afraid we do not sell outside of the network.
By the way, it is very good stuff!

Only going on comments from Servicemaster people I have met who bought a lot of stuff from the local Chemspec distributor, mind you that was a while ago.

Cheers
