  well almost upon us winding down taking stock of our busy lives,and coming up with mixed messages,theres no doubt we are all in very tough times what ever you do,but there is one thing for sure,your health is the most important, so to all on cleanitup! this year has been one of my best ever in window cleaning terms!business is good,bank account healthy....eh....oh and ive been sober for over 5 years now!!!

its strange but since i gave up drinking my life has just got better and better especially over the last few years!

im looking forward to a nice peaceful xmas with family and friends.

congrats on your sobriety daz! i too have just given up the drink and fAgs. im not an alcoholic though  but i know its time to get my head down with the business and other things that are important in my life and drinking and smoking tends to get in my way and makes me feel crap
