will £10 b ok

saw one of my custie in abergavenny last wk .she s not due till after christmas. decent size house ,bout £400.000. she says i know im not due yet but some of my gutters r overflowing .when can u call .i say nxt wens ( today ) she says ok i will pay u what i owe for windows same time .call today i clean gutters what r blocked .the ones she pointed out .knock door when im finised ,i see what she owes me for windows in one hand .and a tenner in the other .she says is that ok for gutters ( the tenner )i say i dont think so .this house is the biggest i do .rest of my work is up the valleys .so she said i ll have to pay u the rest nxt time .i m broke .r these people real

i think alot of people in these big houses dont take in to consideration things like window cleaning when they move into them but to be fair you should have told her your price before you started mate!

Yeah should of told her how much first, but at the same time if she is a regular and you get on, maybe she didn't realize and didn't have anymore cash. Is she a nice old dear?

Five, a pints £1.95 at the pub down the road. Well, they always have one at that price anyway. The rest are a lot dearer.

i simply hate clearing gutters off a ladder.it can be dangerous as well as a dirty job especially if their bad and its been raining.i dont offer this service anymore as there are plenty of jobs i can do with the pole safely from the ground.
price higher/work harder!

before i saw daz post i was thinking "well actually this is your fault,to a certain point" you should have told her how muc h i would be then save all the time and energy
