Ladder M8rix
« on: December 20, 2011, 03:01:11 pm »
Any of you guys used / own one of these:

http://www.ladderm8.co.uk/

Just ordered my 3m double ladders from Midland Ladder Co. I will be working on my own when I start up in January, so looking at something to improve ladder safety. Just wandering if anyone has used one of these before and if you reccommend them?

Another link to it:

http://www.midlandladders.com/products/The_LadderM8rix_Ladder_Base_Anchor-278-25.html

Looking at the base of it (where ladder feet sits) the surface of the black plastic looks like the articulated feet of the ladder wont sit nicely can anyone confirm this?

Articulated feet are only slightly larger than fixed feet, what makes you think they wont sit firm?

I've got one - never used it - it came with a load of stuff when I bought another guy out a few months ago.

It has loads of tiny little spikes that stop it slipping, I can't see custys being happy if you use it on there new decking.

i would suggested getting the ladder mate.  excellent peice of kit, light enough to carry at same time as ladders and only take ten secs to set up
