Surly at that height you would be better off with a modular pole? Look at the video and see for yourself. Two man set up with a special platform not sure mate.

Dont buy the pole until you have the job, lets say 12 modular sections @ £80 = £1K- ish, not sure any firm makes it though,  Good luck
