I would start by 4 and 8 week cleans, but focus your customers on 4 week cleans - you want them to be your norm. We have found that a couple of customers who insist on a 2 weekly clean are a liability every second week as we have to go into the area especially to do them. People who want 2 weekly cleans should pay a premium over 4 weekly. As you enter each customer into George, with a cleaning cycle then the computer will plan it for you. There might be the odd one that gets left over in an area we can't do. They just get held until we go back into the area again or some have suggested to use Saturday as a tidy up day.Spruce
