iPhone definitely, I had a blackberry storm last time and I hated it, now I wouldn't have any other phone than the iPhone.

Dropped to Blackberrys in water in the past 6 weeks .... back on a 5yr old one now till feb .... STUFF mag has a review of the top 4 smartphones from the big 4.

Personally ive had Blackberrys for the past 5yrs ... i like them and think i will go with the new 9900 Bold as it has a touch screen and full qwerty
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

I have tried a few phones for window cleaning, but they are rubbish as an applicator, rubbish as a squegie, and no good for cills, so I will stick to my tools and wfp thanks

ok on a serious note as long as it goes ring ring, and I can answer that will do for me

HTC desire on android. very pleased all round. usual battery life issues all start phones have now.

only trouble is trying to answer touch screen with gloves on don't work. nice does anything wet, like your tongue (now there's a mental image for ya!). chin works fine tho!

Cheap Nockia about 5 years old. Not one of those "my dick phones bigger than yours" type of window cleaners. When I am working I don't want to be receiving emails etc

what htc like for emails??

Fine. Fine for most things except actually talking to people on the phone due to the lousy quality hardware. My HD2 improved when I ditched Windows Mobile for Android but is still pretty poor in comparison to all the other phones I've had. Can't fault it as a device though.

Right in thinking as a phone its crap?

Ditto

A proper phone with a hard keypad is what's best for work!!  Had a touch screen & hated it, especially for work!! You'll waste more time with a touchscreen phone as there is no "feel" with it, you MUST stand/sit still & concentrate to do even the most basic operation with it! Never again.

blackberry i'd say.  ive dropped it loads and not a scratch whereas my girlfriend has dropped her iphone loads and its falling apart.  much easier to press buttons with cold/wet hand than tap on a screen, plus if your customers see you playing around with an iphone they may well think theyre paying you too much!
