« on: December 09, 2005, 08:24:33 pm »
Hi guys i need some advice, if you were to do a builders clean on a 5 bed empty house with three new bathrooms and new kitchen, all inside and outside windows and its a mess i mean plaster and paint all over the baths and shower cubicles, what would your total charge be?
Also Stone floor tiles covered in plaster and paint, what would be best to clean them with?
Thanks for any advice

hi there,

i have emailed you,

the question that you need to ask yourself is how long do you think this clean will take?

that is your starting point, we at construction clean consultancy can talk extensively about time per job per plot, to achieve accurate pricing strategies.

more importantly, is this a one off plot, ?? or indeed is this a development.

one off plots attract a 25% uplift in pricing from ourselves.
