A Thank you and a merry xmas to you all
« on: December 14, 2011, 10:03:03 pm »
Most of you are aware of my tragic loss 6 nearly 7 weeks ago now, My family and i are starting to come to terms with it a little, we've just returned from his school, a friend of his had wrote a song and sang it tonight at the school xmas service, it was wonderful!!!!

I wanted to post this to say thank you to everyone for all your support, messages and phone calls, if i'm being honest, i was taken aback a little by how many texts and calls i had, not just here, but on facebook and other places!

I read messages etc, saying about this forums has loads of crap etc, but i think it was Ian Gourley that answered when i stated that i didn't know why i'm writing this on here, he said we're a community! and he was right, for all the bickering about everything, we are a community! I didn't put it anywhere else as i could only bring myself to write what i did once!

So once again Thank You to you all from myself and my family!

We wish you all a very merry xmas and a prosperous new year!!!!!!!!!!

I think we all felt your pain and cant ever imagine how we would carry on the way you have under such circumstances.
I know i have read your posts both here and on facebook, i laughed with you and i also cried with you at times.
I admire your strength Billy.
Things will get slightly easier with every day that passes.
Best wishes to to you and your family.

I have no idea how I would cope had I been through what you have been through but I would hope it would be something like you.

Billy

It is good that you have found such genuine support on The Forum.

Over the years I have noticed that members always rally round with genuine and personal support in times of deep sadness or trouble.  This makes Cleanitup a great community

Hope that  as everyday you and your family are able to get stronger  and the pain becomes less . From the Photo it looks like you have some good memories of your son which will live on forever.

Sincere regards  to you and your family

Ian

Just to echo what everyone else has said Billy.  I think what happened, and the way your family has dealt with the situation, has touched just not those of us who know you via the forums and within the industry but stretches far wider with some of our friends even asking after you only a few days ago!

Best wishes to you and yours and to everyone else within this community!
