Commecial Clients

Maybe we can use this thread to share thoughts about getting commercial work using a canvasser/telesales:

Using a canvasser or telesales to get commercial work. Who's the best? What method works best? What do you pay?

Many many thanks

Ooooo why's that Darren?

It's a great topic and it's a modern day requirement - someone who gets you commercial work, well priced and sustainable.

Get your own work, you can spend a lot of money with canvassers who just get you your leads, that turn to nothing.
If you want well priced work you need to be clued up on risk assessment method statements and Health& Safety as most if not all will ask for you to do that. In my opinion canvassers are a wast of money, others will disagree. I have  had dealing with a few who are/were absolute rubbish. Save your hard earned mate.

What's the description of a "successful" canvasser then? If you've had a few bad un's. Also what would be considered success?

[/quote   I can't tell you what a successful canvasser is because i haven't met one. Steve from Clear magic in Milton Keynes uses one.
