customer woes

a customer came out to me yesterday when collecting the money and said to me the next you are round could you not clean mine but chap the door instead so i can tel you when to clean them again
what should i do should i sit outside his house all month looking despirate and when i see him beg him to let me clean them or should i pee on him    i cant make my mind up could you help me as i am freezing out here.

simple!any customer that says this i give them my frequencies and prices.monthly or 2 monthly or no clean at all.they have to fit into my rota and schedule or they dont get cleaned.
price higher/work harder!

ive  have  3  strike rule , 3  strikes  your out and get someother  numpty to clean them,when they get dirty he will ask you to clean them, and your replie will be ffin off im to busy   ;) it happens to most cleaners on here.

they must fit into your work round not the other way round (unless they pay a 100% increase for a as an when clean)
there are plently of good custys out there so dont let these idiots mess you about!

train them up, explain your rules and the way you work then give them 3 strikes (12 strike for each offence) and dump if they persist!

Should have just given him you phone number and said "call when you want them next done and I'll let you know when I am in the area" It then leaves it open for you to charge accordingly or if you want to pass up extra income on that day, that you can't fit them in anymore! Easy decision really :)

depends on how many customers u have if your full then just forget about him if your not full and want his money then guess you will be cleaning his windows at some point

one does it then all the street will want them done.like oh mrs crumpit up the road told me she now has her windows cleaned every blaw blaw so ill do the same,next house you go oh mrs losf is having her windows done every bla bla ill do the same then u got only half of round left  ???
