Google companies who do ply lining, i have had mine ply lined, insulated, varnished, windows ply lined and a bulkhead fitted ..£200 so if you want a bulkhead fitted it should be a lot less than that

Iv`e seen plenty of combo crew cabs but never seen one with a bulkhead, but i recon you could easily make one with some plywood

will your poles fit in the van though with a bulkhead?or have you got a tube on the roof rack?

i have a gutter tube mounted inside to the roof so i would make a cut out for it.
i have emailed a few companys regarding a plylining kit and fitting so i will see what they say.

Erithwc have you tried closing and locking your van doors on your hose while the reel is inside the van?
With some vans you can do this.
