Charge  a day rate that you are happy earning based on time you think it will take you and if out of hoursand system if bonnetting it`s alot easier than extracting.

Tricky to price though without seeing condition furniture to move etc.

It's roughly 100sq m s.
Probably 4 hours max depending on what's
to move.

Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

You really do need to go and see it, to see how far out their measurement is (it will be) and to see the condition and type of carpet and what access you have to the building, do they want furniture moved etc etc.
The you can give a firm price in writing/e-mail

Round these ways we are lucky to £1.50 per m2 on commercial at the moment, some are quoting as low as 70p per m2 and we won't get involved in those sort of prices :)

Last month me & the wife quoted on a office .We ask if they have had any other quotes they said yes...£280 & £180...We went in at £250 (GOT THE JOB)...Just over 3 hours work with HWM ...Has John said it all depends on if you have to move office tables/chairs etc, access to water etc..The person who runs this office has already booked us in for next year for a yearly clean.

Go for your daily takings mate and all the best on quoting. :)
