erm.   Lee has said it all !   YES - change over and you'll wonder why you didn't do it years ago

however be aware it's not just sploshing water about - there are lots of things to learn and get used too.

technique - weather conditions - types of frames etc...

when it goes wrong it's a complete mess ! - however practice and good work methods will give you superior results
time after time and more cleans per day & of course it's safer

It is worth it you cant fall off the ground and you will get more work done or have more time off. It does however require care as stated before you cant just splash and dash.
Once you learn how to use the system properly (some never do) it is capable of incredible speed but it is a skill that requires an eye for things like the slightly different seal one window might have or the vent above another. I think to be honest it took me over a year before I could say I was confident I had cracked it!

lee go see daqua in stirling or aquatec in broxburn, both can sort you out with a trolley, a van mount is better but the trolley is ok to start with

It's pi sh. Had another wummin moan about the drip streak between the top hopper's onto the main big pain below.I scrub that wee channel for all it's worth and still it drips gunk all over my big pane every time.
Seriously, it has it's drawbacks.
These new style windies, the ones with vent's two third's of the way up the glass. Wash the top part and watch for an hour as the water goes in the vent and drips down all over the bottom pane, does my nut in.
It has it's drawbacks.
I actually thought for a time today, my, it would be good to just get a ladder and do it that way.
Fnuk them, I still would never go back to ladders and a squeegee. I would sooner go back to being a NHS Doctor than do that!!.

I started with a Pure Freedom trolley and then upgraded to a 500 litre tank connected to the trolley but realised after 6 months that i never took the trolley out of the van so brought a pump and controller, plumbed them into tank and sold the trolley on ebay. I have enough work to use about 400 ltres a day and quickly realised my escort van wasnt up to the job ( burnt the clutch out) so i got a movano which copes easily with the weight, 500 litres is about half a ton.

Go for it Lee you will earn more and not be so knackered at the end of the day.

Lee.  If there is any way at all, go straight in with a van mounted tank.  That is when you get the fullest benefit of WFP.  Less lugging stuff around.  More speed.
If the cost puts you off, it may be better to think of it monthly if you can get a loan.
Maybe a loan would cost you £400 a month for a reasonable van/tank/poles etc.
However, the extra you stand to earn each month is more than £400 - quite a lot more if you play your cards well.  Furthermore, you can work more safely and be less worn out, even though you would be getting through more work.
A backpack (with carry handle) can be had for under £150 - useful for those bits where it's hard to run a hose.
It might not speed you up at first but I promise you that it will come.
