Right, all you Gardiner fans, if you were to kit out a van, for two workers, cleaning everything from small residential to six floor office blocks, which Gardiner poles would you buy for the job???

Remember there are two lads to buy for :)

Come and talk dirty to us!!!

well first of all I wouldnt buy a 60ft pole just for their van unless you really need to. surely you can juggle one big pole between vehicles?

I would go with 2 x clx 22

and one medium sized pole poss clx 27 if you feel it will cover most of the high stuff, only you know really. or if you need a little bigger look at a slx 30 or 35

saying that its only £34 difference between the slx 35 and the supermax 40, but i dont have any experiance of the smax.

Do you need two of everything including the 60ft poles ?

If so id say

2 x 25ft slx
2 x 48ft extreme with extensions totke you to 60ft
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

slx 35
slx 25   x2

clx 14

They fit neatly in the van, and cover what I need them for.
if it is dirty it is fair game

These are for employees right? I would defo not give them small slx's
I would go
2x 22 clx
1x 35 slx
And a big one that only goes out on the days its needed

Not sure if you are buying the poles for yourself or workers, but I used to be of the opinion that you should only spend good money on yourself, and get the workers the cheap stuff.  However I think if you want to maximise on work achieved then just buy the best and the best is an SLX.

So I would say either 2 SLX 25 and 1 SLX xtreme 48

or if you have some shorties working for you then throw an SLX 18 or 22 into the mix instead of 2 25's.

With the xtreme 48 you can keep buying extensions for it.

Hope this helps.

Simon.

2 x CLX 27 s as they are OK to use all the way to ground floor.
1 x 48 ft Extreme with 3 of the cheaper extensions.
The idea being that one can use the big pole while the other is doing something elsewhere with a CLX 27.  On big jobs maybe they can swap over periodically to spread the load.  Sometimes you might need two people on the big pole anyway (one as banksman) if there are other  potential risk factors.
