you are right though it only works if you click quote on the reply then it opens a reply for you, if you try to reply then quote it doesn't work

Ahem, this WAS brought to admins attention when the problems first started, which was when the forum was moved to a new server. That is why people aren't happy. In fact, admin was told how to fix the "new" problem by Nat Jones. But they chose to ignore the problem and hope that it would go away or fix its self.
