Fair enough, I didn't mean a benefits cheat on the scale of the royal family or anything  Let's say its like having Xmas dinner with someone who knows how to work the system

All the thinks the government could put this wasted money into,they could spend it on schools,free sports courses/lessons for kids to stop them from being obessed and healthy etc.
 But no they would rather throw money at worthless courses!
