Christmas cards
« on: November 22, 2011, 01:59:49 pm »
Whos sending them out to customers?
I sent them to every regular customer in my first year. {Last years got delivered to me too late to send due to the snow}
This year I am undecided. I don't want to make any of them cringe or think he's after a tip but I think it's a nice gesture all the same ?
I am leaning towards not sending them but am interested in what you guys are doing.
Happy Christmas  ;)

The customers Ive met and become quite friendly with - yes Ill probably be sending those cards.
I have got quite a few new customers/customers ive never met (even tho some have been with me for nearly a year now!) so i think it would be a bit cheesy to send any to them. :) :)

We send every single customer a Christmas Card and have done for the last 6 years. They are qulatity cards and is our way of saying thank you for their business throughout the year, we also enclose flyer for pressure cleaning and other services we offer.

Every year we get extra business from existing customers who did not know the other services we offer (even though it's on our van and leaflets they already have)!

Only ever had positive good comments from our customers with regards to sending out cards.

For us it works.

I use Vistaprint calendar cards, the flat one's. I get great feedback from custys who use them to mark off when I'm coming to clean next. Gates all open, payments left! Money well spent!
