i ve been asked to price a clean down on a factory, it consists of 1000 sq metres ofcorrugated cladding , its gone wimbledon green and then the guttering needs cleaning out and then sprayed clean, total height of building is 7 metres high......any ideas guys to what price to put in, this is the first time ive done this so need help please

sorry but i havent got any pics. i have seen it but it was a while ago when i did some building work on it before i became a window cleaner . i wondered if there were a set rate per metre

I would charge £500-750 for the cladding and £5 per metre for the gutters.
