Black logo'd short sleeved tailoired shirt (Matalan £5)
Black Trousers (Matalan £5)
Black shoes when quoting, black crocks when cleaning.

Johnny Cash would be proud!

Need to get some fleeces logo'd for the winter.

Now, what colour should I go for.  Maybe I might splash out on a nice green to fit in with the logo.

Then again.

Logo polo shirt, black jeans, and hiking boots.
Got some proper work combats, but I got them slightly too small in he waist,so need to lose a bit more weight to get down to a 28inch waist, instead of 29 inch  ;D

I wear steel toe capped boots... Those girly gay crocs don't much protect your toes when an oven door or any other equipment, furniture etc drops on them.

As long as you wear over-shoes boots, hiking/work boots are just the job....

To be fair, some of the houses I clean I have to wipe my feet on the way OUT! Did a minger this morning, I'm itching just thinking about it but she's a repeat customer so can't complain.

Have to ask because it has been puzzling me for a while, why would you feel the need to wear overshoes before/whilst cleaning a dirty carpet? I have noticed it on a couple of you tube videos as well and thought that it was pretty pointless!

Look smart, wear sensible shoes that will protect your feet whilst working, at which stage I would say crocs are pretty unsuitable (as well as unprofessional) as they offer almost no protection and you may as well wear a pair of flip flops, when finished and asking the customer to inspect the work hand them a pair of "complimentary" overshoes which are theirs to keep! and put some on yourself to discuss the work you have done.

Or am I missing something and wearing overshoes whilst cleaning should be a fundamental part of my cleaning practices?
