ian i would give ya 500 cash up front for it wouldnt pay any more its not a large established round to be fair its only 11 monthly jobs id start paying 6 times value when its a large compact round of 40-50 houses not 11 up to you give me a call if you would like to do business mate

ian i didnt mean to insult in anyway there mate i just mean 6 times value id be more than happy to pay that amount but on a larger established round im sure your prices are all excellent coz i know how picky u r and usual min charges 12 quid wud be in place.im interestd in the work tho,are these a handful of the bad payers tho that u dont want to do??

ALL BAD PAYERS  ;D ..... zero tolerence wiv bad payers they all been culled

not insulted in anyways

only just seen message as out from early so will give u a call tomorrow
