having had our computers stolen and now needing to update whole new database again due to ignoring loads of people telling me to back up to clouds and hard drives and memory sticks i am toying with the idea of trying out a new software due to window cleaner pro not further developing it anymore

after searching for window cleaning software ive found round pro which can be used for window and contract cleaners

does anyone recommend this software

what are pros and cons please

i use george internet back up. £12 a year.if computer gets stolen or crashes a simple email to paul will sort it and get you up and running the next day on another computer.no worries.

i keep my overheads to a minimum.keeping it simple!

first time i thought i was backing up to wcp didnt realise that you had to subscribe!!!!! with george daz what are the daily worksheets like do they give price address contact details etc of customer and any info you need for job etc

Richy....yes is the answer to all the above.We have used it for years now,no problems at all...simple and efficient,bit like me really...

I would look for one that runs on andriod or the iphone myself. Think this would give you massive advantage..

George work sheets can have all the information you want on them, plus there is a free text box where you can put anything you like,
Plus you can have individual rounds on inexpensive palm handhelds, which can updated at the end of the day, or week

Not only for scheduling, george can keep track of all your business expenses  - even mileage for each vehicle

£50 outlay with internet back up for a pound a month, and free updates as they continue support & development - you can't beat it

I run george on a mini laptop, which could easily come in the van with me - or even fit in one of the mini safe things - tend to leave it at home now I've got a palm

Definately worth a free trial,

the george program is without doubt the best value for money ,simplest software for us window cleaners.no need for anything fancy and expensive.it does the job...and it does it well IMO.
