Hi, guys... Today I covered an area, here in the south, and was full of vans... and work going on, moving for water meters. Talking with a costumer... looks like Southern Water is speeding up in getting profit very soon.
There is anybody already making water(pure) in a meter area ?? How you deal with this situation ?? How they do the readings ??
At the moment I'm Using a cart machine to do it, How can we deal with this situation, using this type of machine??

not sure if I'm following you, but......

I live in water metered house. paid about £40 per month. on plus side have nice green grass from the waste water! I use about 600 to 700 pure per week, so that would be bout 1500 litres per week in including waste water.

you can get separate commercial metre added, but you have to pay to get it installed (possibly depending on area, I'm Welsh water), and apparently cost water per litre is more too? still viable being on metre, especially if have decent pressure, but better if not metered obviously!

A.S window cleaning how come you only use 600-700 ltrs a week,  I use 300-400 ltrs a day.  MIKE

I use 200-250 litres per day when on own, and 250-300 per day when with my wife.  I have small pencil jets and keep pressure and flow down so as no minimise water usage, tho I still think I use more than I need to.

I work 2-3 days per week on windows, and about 2 days casual as and when on HGV driving.  Suits me fine, gives me something to look forward to at the end of the week, and stops me from getting bored and sick of too much of one thing.

I'm a relative newbie compared to a lot of the guys here, but I got Gardiner xtel glass fibre cheapies. these new slx poles seem to have larger diameter pipe in the brush. someone like Alex (Gardiner) would know more. having that along with low pressure helps I think.

The small ones used by Gardiner is about 2mm, I thought was something like 1.5mm like some one said a while a go
in this same forum. Probably some this size can help a lot. Unfortunately I can't know where this came from.

Its easy to make your own jets.
I use 1mm welding tips from machine mart, about £3 for a pack of 5
