Description of the contract:
The awarding authority are looking to appoint a contractor to deliver building cleaning services to a portfolio of
designated properties owned and/or managed by the Council. The Framework Agreement would be for four
years. The service is currently
provided by an in house team of direct employees. The key objectives are to deliver a quality cleaning service;
operating to a defined contract and providing value for money.
