w/c + Jet washing, steam washing, masonry cleaning
« on: October 25, 2011, 01:27:00 am »
Hello lads,

I am new there so unsure if this is correct place to write in, so please be forgiving :)

Does anyone of you thought about adding additional services to w/c in order to expand?

I have got 2 years of experience doing pressure/steam washing, brick and stone cleaning, masonry paint and graffiti removal, back in my home country. Due to personal circumstances I had to sell my part of the business to I disagreeociate mate so I am left without an equipement but the knowledge is there :)

This sort of cleaning services can generate  a huge profit over the months (yes even months, depends how hard you work for it) and there is a gigantic demand on it,  as according to some councils website ( dont remember it was tower hamlets propably) London spends 100 milion quid every year to remove the graffiti, so this is a big cake and why not to give it a try? Not to mention about bilions and bilions squere metres of driveways, patios, walls and so on.
From my experience I can tell that some time after I sold my part to my mate he got a one off contract for putting an graffiti preserving coating ( i will explain all the stuff to interested individuals ) which basically made him living for a YEAR in advance. It's ofcourse unlike to happen once a week, but once you are in the business the chances raise dramatically as if you are not  ;D

What I can offer :

- wide knowledge and experience regarding above subjects

- knowlegde about all gear and needed equipement

- knowledge about all the chemicals are used in certain aspects of above subjects. I've already found a supplier of the best chemicals for the field, here in the UK. They are eco friendly, bio degrade faster than a yoghurt and do not produce toxic waste. They are approved by huge bodies worldwide eg. London Underground or Deutche Bahn. They were used before on such structures like House of Parliament in London, Eiffel Tower in Paris, Or Colloseum in Rome. All certificates and data sheets avaiable, so no problem.

- if you have a van already the starting up costs are really low. for a basic machinery 1500 poounds has to be spent (excluding van) but this equipement is way enough for major jobs ( Unless you are asked to work on Tate Modern buildings alike or acustic screens along m1 we are fine).

- I obviously will share start up costs so it means your share would be somwhere around 750-800 pounds.

- To proove all of that above I have tenns of pictures of our work done, so dont worry, this is a genuine offer.

I know it may look to be very optimistic, but the money are there. Howewer don't think you will be driving around your new Bentley Continental after a 2 months of cooperation :)

So you bring a van in, I bring knowledge, and we share start up costs. Please PM me if you are interested.
I live in Wembley area, Middlesex

Thanks for reading,

Bart

So where are the billions you earned before?  ???

Sounds like you don't want to be an employee but want to ride on someones business as a partner. For that reason I'm out.

Call Me

But when you do, cut down on the waffle, as I don't want to hear it.
