The biggest problem in uk is everyones confusion of what is ther turnover and what is their actual income -remember that you need to not only buy vans ,truckmounts equipment ,depreciate it and save to replace it -unless you want to be in debt for ever- most people seem ashamed to make money -why? cleaning is very hard work,and actually saves people a tremendous amount in replacement and also helps save the worlds dwindling resources.by prolonging the life of carpetnever mind the health benefits of clean carpets upholstery and bedding.
What about saving for your retirement ,covering your costs drawing a wage and making a profit ,never mind staff /premises-in usa it is a major business and many chem-dry franchises are multi million dollar businesses , it will happen here,hard flooring is fading fast and the customer wants service,results and to save them valuable time doing a task they simply cant /dont want to perform and dont have the time in increasingly hectic lives to do . Why everyone keeps wondering what everyone else is charging I cant think -they may be going broke so why follow them?-the blind following the blind just about sums up the industry in uk!
