you either bump the odd window or side of buldings etc, I even know guys that bump any house they think the owners are out, they just ticket it.

why do you think bumper is called bumper ;D

anyway to bump something means to miss it out ;) old trick for the summer brigade

Never.... I wouldn't insult the intelligences of my customers... to claim they can't tell if a window has been cleaned.... sure fire way to a dodgy reputation.... once stained!!!

I don`t even skimp on the frosted windows,i always get the feeling i`m being watched or overlooked by a potential customer. If you let the rot set in you`ll never pull it back.

Can't 'bump' a window if i'm getting paid to clean it, we are in the trust business. Who else can you think of that is allowed to just turn up and walk round the back.  :o
It's a slippery slope once we start missing windows and getting paid for it.
I value my name too much for the sake of a quid or 2 here and there.

I also sleep well at night and am also able to walk down the street without fear of getting pulled up for something i 'haven't done'.
Happy days!!  ;D

Wfp is so quick it's hardly worth saving half a minute.
Customers are crafty anyway, they'll often pretend they're out just to see if you do a proper job, especially if it's a new job. ;)

I quickly go over a frosted window. Doesn't need much more really. Besides, you'd be surprised how quickly you can clean a monthly window if you are precise. I usually only go over them once, now with hot they barely need going over at all.

I never miss a window though.
