I've got a hf4 my pressure from tap is 80psi I think but not too sure as it was about 2 years ago I checked, Tds from tap is 225, I've got salt, softner, 20" filters then hf4, Tds after is between 004-008 but I've had my hf4 for 3 1/2 years, if you've got good pressure a hf4 is good, low pressure hf5

I've got a 4040.
It's an HF5 as the water pressure is low and I prefer not to pump.
I run it at around 38 PSI.
It gives 90 litres per hour as 009 TDS (I use resin too).  Tap TDS is a bit below 200.
Obviously the results vary a bit.
Most people seem to get better results than me but as a sole trader, it gives me plenty for what I need.

Spoke to gaps already but she didn't tell me what I was hoping to hear she didn't want to give me figures I may not achieve, she said with 300 in I might get 30 out with the lower pressure one and if I went for the other and pumped it then it would reduce slightly!
