So you're working next to some flats or a small house and someone comes out and asks you if you could just clean the two small upstairs windows as they can reach downstairs; you still charge them a fiver for two small windows???

We have a street with a row of tiny houses, one window upstairs and one down, plus a door. We don't charge a fiver for doing them WFP; we're on each house two minutes tops.
Come and talk dirty to us!!!

My min is 12 quid for a house, the custys what want it done for nothing I don't want to deal with as they are the ones who mess about the most, so I've gone in at 12 min, I aim for the people who want a quality service I thought, I. Know some companys are at 8 quid I think we all work hard and the days of us window cleaners being dirt cheap are gone with the advances we have now with wfp, purifing water does cost us money. Regards.

Pretty much my take on it.  Minimum of £12 - though I do have older work kicking around for less due to not increasing the prices enough down the years.

Yeah I have a few at 10 quid and 11 but will bump em up to 12 in jan, if any don't like it I will replace them. I think its good to have a min price, I do have a price list of all the windows, and if price from list is say 9 quid if its a small place it goes onto my min price standard I have in place.

That's a lot of houses for 5 quid tho I'd rather do 60 at 12 quid for the same money approx and use less fuel, but I'm just starting out, if they say just fronts I would say ok fine but its min charge of 12 so you might as well have the backs done as well.

but you wouldn't get 60 at £12 if others are doing them at a £5 ;)
