cleaning off spiders

hi all
new job up to 60 foot high. Frist clean and lot of spiders under window rails.
How do you start to clean them off at this hieght

Spiders at 60'? We find there are mostly spider webs at ground level and less on the first floor level. I haven't noticed any at 2nd floor level on the blocks of flats we do.
There is very little 'prey' for spiders to eat at that height as most creepy crawlies don't fly that high - as far as I know.  ???

i was surprised myself but there are lots, built nests under metal rails of the glass curtain walling

I couldn't see a spider or spiders 60 foot up on a window, if someone has told you they are there just give them a good scrub and take your binoculars with you!  ;D
